WorkHub is the central area for managing your schedules and clinic engagements. It consists of five main sections.
A) Membership
- Receive membership invitations from clinics
- Accept invitations to join clinics
- Once joined, you can receive schedule offers or apply for available and urgent schedules
B) Schedule Approval
- Review incoming schedule offers
- Accept or decline schedules quickly and easily
C) Vacant Schedule
- View open shifts not yet assigned to any provider
- Apply directly for available schedules
D) Emergency
- Emergency schedules appear when another provider leaves a shift unexpectedly
- These shifts become available when the abandoned slot is less than 24 hours away
E) My Application
- Track all schedule applications you’ve submitted
- Review application status in one place
